What do you enjoy most about working as a Loaned Executive on the OP campaign? 

I have enjoyed a lot here. With all the incredibly heartbreaking events to hit the news over the last few months, I have enjoyed most meeting the many nonprofits in the area doing amazing work for the less fortunate. 

How long have you been involved in or volunteered with the campaign?

This is my first time working with the campaign in any capacity.

What inspires you to give through the campaign?

I am incredibly fortunate. I have a healthy family, a home, and a great career.  Giving to those who need help is a must for those who have it to give. 

What nonprofits do you donate time or funds to, and why?

I will be giving to the following organizations:

• Transcendental Meditation. My life can be very stressful but learning TM has helped me to manage that stress. It is a worthy cause to provide for others.  
• NorCal Bully Breed Rescue. We have only adopted rescued animals. NorCal Bully Breed Rescue saved the mother of the puppy we adopted in February. 
• We are researching Folsom-based or an additional nonprofit to give to.

I have had a great time meeting everyone at United Way California Capital Region and working with the other LEs.
